Home to the Hallowed Exchange, the city of the red wizards values currency and power above all else. Contained within its high walls are some of the most tech-savvy and industrious citizens of the Runiverse. The Hallowed Exchange is currently run by Nepolion Hardwick, heir of the Hardwick dynasty, while the city’s underbelly, commonly known as the Rust Market, is led by Cain Hardwick, Nepolion’s illegitimate half-brother.
